ITExperience – An IT blog with a personal touch

ITExperience.NET was founded in 2007. When I started in 2006 in IT, I felt writing down problems and solutions would help me gain knowledge and remember things more easily. All my writings quickly became some sort of knowledge base for me. That’s when I decided to anonymize all my articles and started blogging them on ITExperience.NET. Wouldn’t it be a waste if everyone has to invest time and resources in problems that are already fixed by many others?

Keeping the focus on quality

Despite the growth of my blog, I keep focussing on quality, not quantity. The majority of my blog posts are based on issues I faced myself. I stumble upon them, fix them, and share my solution with the world. Sometimes it takes me hours to troubleshoot, while the solution is written down in 15 minutes. On the other hand, there are examples of issues I fixed in 5 minutes. And still, the write-down took 15 minutes ;) . Nevertheless, there’s always a personal story behind it. And since I cannot make a living from this blog, I accept comments on my blog as a sort of gratitude for my work
