In Office 2007, we have the possibility to personalize our Quick Access Toolbar (extension: qat). Every modification, that differs from the default Quick Access Toolbar, will be saved in the following directory C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Office (where %username% must be replaced by your current login name)

Old appointments are gone in Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2003

When all your appointments are gone in Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2003, this is probably the result of AutoArchive settings enabled. Set default font in Outlook 2007 with registry
Written by Christian on March 5, 2008 – 8:44 pm
Outlook 2007’s default font is Calibri 11pt. If you want this to be different by default, you can do so in Tools -> Options -> Mail Format tab -> Editor settings.
If you’re a system administrator and you want the whole company to use the same font and size, every day, you have to set this in the registry of HKEY_CURRENT_USER. It’s not possible to set the default font in Outlook 2007 with a Group Policy (GPO). The Group Policy outlook12.adm does not support this.
