Error loading help content in Exchange Management Shell 2007

This article describes the problem that may occur when you work on a non-English operating system and try to enter the get-help command in the Exchange 2007 Management Shell

If your operating system is not English, you may get the following error when requesting help about a Microsoft Exchange 2007 command.

Command: Get-Help remove-mailbox
Get-Help : Error loading help content for Remove-Mailbox from file “Microsoft.Exchange.Management-Help.xml”. Details: Microsoft.Exchange.Management-Help.xml.

+ Get-Help <<<< remove-mailbox

The default location for the help content, Microsoft.Exchange.Management-Help.xml, is
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin\%language%
However, the file is not always located in that specific directory

To solve this issue, simply copy the file
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin\en\Microsoft.Exchange.Management-Help.xml to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin\%language%\

So for example, if you are working with a Dutch operating system, you should copy
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin\en\Microsoft.Exchange.Management-Help.xml to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin\nl\
