		<description>I have the same issue with a client, but OWA is not an option.   I have to fix the outlook client,   Tried using the Hot fix KB352040 but returns an error that the expected version is not installed, but it is, Office 2007 sp2 .. odd</description>

		<description>If there are subdomains (some addresses maybe pie.com is the main and then some have pizza.pie.com), Autodiscover may not be correctly configured for the subdomains in DNS.  This usually fixes this issue.  With Exchange most things are all about DNS.</description>
