I believe that would indicate the connection is filtered in some way.

The error simply means it cannot reach the specified location.

Unfortunately I’m not sure what port the retrieval runs on. Check your firewall logs if possible.

Cool what if the server is connected to the net (its a web server) and you still get this message ??
