It's located C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12. It's a scan repair utillity that worked for me. I tried all the solutions listed above to no avail. Open the Calendar
Click on File and select Print
Under print select Page Setup and uncheck the option Tasks Pad
Click OK and try again

close and reopen outlook
